Availability during the holidays

In the past year, we were able to experience that trusting cooperation with reliable partners is an important part of our success. We would like to thank you for this and look forward to further joint successes in the coming year!

We are also using the time during New Year for a short break. In the following you will find detailed information about our availability:

Technical Service

Sales / Internal Sales

Between Christmas and New Year our sales department is on vacation.
Starting from 02.01.23 our team is again in partial occupation for you there.
Due to the 1-week vacation it can happen that there will be delays in answering your request. We ask for your understanding.
Vacation times of individual employees can be found in the respective signature.

Logistics

Orders that require shipping and are received by 19.12.2022 / 15:00 will be shipped before our vacation (subject to availability).
Our incoming goods department will not be staffed between 24.12.22 and 02.01.2023
Between 24.12.22 and 02.01.2023 there will be no shipment of goods.
An exception is the parcel shipping for smaller goods, such as spare parts: Here there will be emergency staffing from 27.12.22 onwards
From 09.01.2023 our incoming goods department as well as the outgoing goods department will be manned as usual.
