With a wide range of outputs between 15 and 500 kW the right model is available for a wide variety of needs; even a cascade connection with up to 2.000 kW is possible.

Conventional condensing boilers allow hot flue gases to escape unused via the chimney if the temperature is too high. Our fully condensing boilers use the heat contained in the flue gases independently of the return temperature and convert it into additional heating. This not only saves you energy and costs, but also provides particularly environmentally friendlyheating. The special boiler design allows the flue gases in the boiler body to be cooled down to approx. 80°C. In a downstream plastic heat exchanger, the remaining heat is extracted from the flue gas and used to preheat the combustion air. Unlike other condensing boilers, our BK operates permanently and without restrictions in the full condensing range. In concrete terms, this means that the flue gas temperature is a maximum of 47°C in any operating state. Through full condensing operation, we realize a significant increase in efficiency and thus reduce your operating costs.

The heat exchanger is made of TÜV-tested plastic and is therefore particularly robust against sulfuric acid. This allows the use of normal and low-sulfur as well as bio-oil or gas.

Optimum combustion conditions are achieved by a modulating exhaust gas blower: this adjusts the combustion chamber pressure to the weather conditions and ensures constant combustion chamber pressure regardless of draught or pressure in the chimney.

Thanks to the integrated return temperature boost, the boiler body always remains dry of condensate. This not only prevents corrosion in the boiler, but also makes boiler cleaning particularly easy, as all deposits can be removed very easily. Heat transfer takes place exclusively in a cross-flow process with air/flue gas; this prevents contamination as well as clogging and rusting through of the heat exchanger by the heating water. Due to the permanent condensation the secondary heat exchanger is almost permanently cleaned by itself, by "washing out" exhaust gases. Environmentally harmful sulfuric acid is collected and neutralized in the neutralization tank, so that it is finally discharged into the sewage system in a pH-neutral state. This is a particular benefit for the environment: virtually only pure water vapor is emitted into the atmosphere and no more sulfur dioxide. Should the heat exchanger ever become soiled due to incorrect or unfavorable burner settings, it can be easily cleaned with water via a side cleaning opening. This ensures low maintenance costs and a particularly long service life.
