Mobile and instantly ready to use – the main characteristics of the Kroll Energy heat plant HM.
It is especially suitable for use in various locations, such as tents, building sites, warehouses etc. – as additional, transition or replacement heating if a stationary unit has failed. The Kroll heat plant is of compact construction. There are no parts portruding, the flue gas pipe is countersunk. The air inlet and air outlet fittings can be put inside for transport. The unit has got fork lift openings on all sides. It fits crossways on a standard lorry and is thus interesting for rental companies, as it is easily and safely stackable.
All components of the unit, such as burner, fan, control box etc. are enclosed within the robust housing. The heat plant is therefore protected against abuse or misuse by any unauthorized persons. Furthermore, the model HM200 can be operated with natural gas burner or LPG burner. They are also available as two-stage versions (not HM100).
The units work economically:
The energy is converted directly and with a degree of efficiency of 93 %. Due to the variable air intake, the units can operate with recirculated air, fresh air or a mixture of both. The elevated pressure of 350 – 400 Pa allows the use of long warm air hoses. The heat can be distributed via one single or several warm air hoses, which also gives more mobility. The casing is galvanized and painted similar to RAL 7047. The unit is easy to maintain, all component parts are positioned in a clearly arranged manner, and, thanks to removable side panels, easy to reach.
Various additional equipment makes the heat plants even more attractive:
- tank heating device to preheat the fuel
- room thermostat for a more efficient use of energy
- week timer for day and night operation for a directed operation
