Engineering

Our construction team consists of engineers, engineering technicians and metal construction technicians. They are your competent partners to make your product ready for serial production. Already during the planning and design process of your projects, our specialists can assist you during these first phases of your project.

Production planning

Information and assistance from one single source!
We implement this with an expert from our production planning department being in charge of your project. Your account manager is your competent contact for all your questions, from your initial inquiry to the delivery of the final product, regarding commercial and technical issues.

Deburring

The highly efficient, both-sided deburring and rounding off of edges with workpieces being laser-cut, plasma-cut and gas-cut – all in just one working process.

Straightening

We also straighten. Stamping and laser parts are plane within just a few minutes and nearly free of tension. Subsequent processes such as welding, bending or creasing can thus be done faster and with more process reliability.

Creasing technology

Bending of components up to a length of 3000 mm and a sheet metal thickness of 6 mm.

Bending of elements with a length of up to 8000 mm and a thickness of up to 6 mm max. First-class bending results thanks to Pressure Reference Technology with a fully automatic, dynamic camber.

Welding

With the welding techniques of MIG/MAG and WIG, we can assembly a large number of materials in many different thicknesses.

We received the trend-setting certification according to DIN EN 1090/EXC2 and DIN EN 3834. This enables us to issue load-bearing steel constructions with CE label and according to construction product directive.

Grinding

Mainly, we use grinding as a method of post-processing for welding seams and laser cutting edges in order to prepare them for further finishing processes.

Even surfaces, rounded edges and the continuation of already existing surface structures are carried out by manual grinding work.

Finishing

Finishing on a high level. No matter if it is about chemical, organic or mechanical types of finishing – for the surface refinements according to your requirements, we have reliable and competent partner companies with many years of experience in these sectors.

Assembling

Our qualified employees provide for highest quality requests, both in the pre-assembly and in the final assembly.

Quality management and quality assurance

The certification of our quality managment according to DIN ISO 9001:2008 proves the quality capability of the company Kroll. All business activities of our company – from production to services – are aligned to the requirements of the market.

With the certification of the factory-owned production control according to DIN EN 1090, we do not only verify the qualification of our employees and the necessary technical equipment, but also the observance of the defined essential product characteristics of our components.

We received the trend-setting certification according to DIN EN 1090/EXC4 and DIN EN 3834. This enables us to issue load-bearing steel constructions with CE label and according to construction product directive.
